Posing Pairs, Couples and More
The next installment of fridayphotoschool will truly help pros and emerging pros tackle the difficult problem of posing two or more subjects at once. And there is no one better at posing than photographer and popular ShootSmarter.com writer Rick Ferro.
Rick makes posing your pairs of subjects effortless. No matter if it is a handsome young couple, a fidgety brother and sister, a soothing Mom and baby, or a Dad with his favorite hunting dog, Rick has at least a dozen different ways to pose them to look their best.
Photographing two subjects is a breeze when you start by analyzing the subjects size, shape, and demeanor, then moving toward how to coach and guide them to the right pose, then re-adjusting the lighting to work with the pose, and finally the small details that separate a good photo from a great portrait. There are no hard "rules" with Rick, just a series of methods he uses to create the smooth, calm, relaxed sessions that flow into profitable prints.
Join us for this hour-long episode to see why we think Rick is one of the world's best posing instructors.
