raised in Mexico and surrounded by 12 women from the time he was born until the age of 5. Later other factors were added: being uprooted from home at the age of
eleven: living in two boarding schools (a Catholic one in spain and a Protestant
one in Britain); and the influence of his mother, a romantic, idealistic,
defiant woman who fought adversity with all her might. These photographs reflect
that magic and women. Text is in Spanish, French and
